"Collection of In-Situ Images from Ultra-High Temperature Laser Microscope" Micro Observation Image Collection
In-situ observation of the ultra-high temperature world at high resolution! We have collected clear micro-observation images under ultra-high temperature conditions of up to 1800°C.
The "Ultra-High Temperature Laser Microscope System," equipped with a digital violet laser microscope, is a system that enables clear imaging and recording of in-situ observations during heating, representing the heating observation IR image furnace of Yokokura Seisakusho. The image collection showcases clear micro-observation images of metallic materials such as steel and non-ferrous metals under ultra-high temperature conditions of up to 1800°C. Videos are also available on Yokokura Seisakusho's official YouTube channel. You can view in-situ observation videos via the QR code in the catalog. We have included eight observation images, such as: ★ "Austenite Growth to Bainite Phase Transition" ☆ "Slag Crystal Liberation from Molten Metal" ★ "In-Situ Observation of High-Temperature Tensile Process" The "Ultra-High Temperature Laser Microscope System" is utilized for research on the microstructural behavior of materials such as steel, non-ferrous metals, ceramics, and secondary batteries under high-temperature conditions. *For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
